Join us for an inspiring conversation with Karima and Iqbal the visionaries behind EZDUCATE, a groundbreaking platform transforming the landscape of special education.

Karima Askour is the founder of EZducate, a groundbreaking edtech platform dedicated to making special education more accessible for children on the autism spectrum. Her eclectic background spans English Literature, IT, and an MBA in International Tourism, yet her life’s true calling emerged when her daughter, Amal, was diagnosed with autism. Driven by a personal journey that included the loss of her mother and the discovery of her pregnancy on the same day, she poured her heart into creating tools and strategies that honor every child’s unique learning style.

Alongside her husband and co-founder Meriyem, has self-funded and built EZducate from the ground up, collaborating with experts across mathematics, economics, and AI to develop an intuitive, data-driven platform. Today, she continues to champion inclusivity, empathy, and innovation in education—sharing her story so other families can find hope, support, and community in their own journeys.

Iqbal Addou is a distinguished AI and Machine Learning engineer and a PhD candidate in Bioinformatics. As the technical genius behind EZducate and proud father of Amal—whose autism diagnosis sparked the platform’s innovative visual learning approach—Iqbal brings a unique blend of technical expertise and personal insight to special education. His early, simple illustrations used to teach Amal multiplication unintentionally laid the groundwork for EZducate’s AI-He’s the technical genius behind EZducate driven, user-friendly tools.

Together with his wife, Iqbal has self-funded and championed a vision that blends empathy, cutting-edge technology, and inclusivity, making education more accessible for neurodiverse learners worldwide.
